I'm looking for an easy going and independent lodger. Must be clean and tidy. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. A desk is optional. Kitchen and bathroom shared with one other. Unlimited broadband, council tax (Band C) and all other standard bills are included. Excellent transport links.

I prefer long term occupancy, however Mon to Fri lets and short term lets are considered.

Location and transport:
The house is located in a residential area with free parking. Local shops are within walking distance. Grove Park station is 15-20 minutes walk away (trains to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Blackfriars in approx 20 minutes -
7 minutes to Lewisham for DLR). Beckenham Hill station with Thameslink trains is nearby, and so is Bromley South.
Easy access to Lewisham Hospital via excellent bus links towards Lewisham, New Cross and Elephant&Castle. In opposite direction, also direct bus link to Princess Royal University Hospital and into Kent if you fancy venturing beyond Bromley town centre. Beckenham Place is the local park within walking distance.
There is an 18 minutes bus ride to Lewisham centre, 12 minutes to Catford Broadway and stations, in walking distance to Bromley town centre with its restaurants, bars, high street and Glades shopping centre.
