Fab church campus with 3 different properties to choose from on a quiet, residential, one way street.

The first building is a Manse (former ministers house) The Manse has five bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, cosy living room with wood burner, and French doors onto the garden.

The second and third buildings are the Hall and Chapel. These both offer super large spaces with lots of light; suitable as live work studios for local artists / photographers / designers and makers.

The campus has pretty cottage gardens offering privacy, and a large car park.

Local Bus 320 stops at Bromley South Station (12 mins)
South Eastern Trains go to Central London stopping at Victoria, Blackfriars and London Bridge (20 mins).

You will live as a Property Guardian with Blue Door under a monthly Licence Agreement. This is NOT a Tenancy and means that your Notice period is a minimum of 4 weeks. Each applicant will need to complete our referencing process including a DBS Certs (basic) ID and Financials.

You must understand the principles of property guardianship and be happy to contribute to the security of the building and the community ethos of Blue Door Property Guardians.
