Recently decorated nice large double room

Hello , I am looking for a respectful , tidy person to enjoy living in the house . The double bedroom is large, comfortable , clean and has a lot of light with a desk for laptop, hanging space and Draws . The kitchen and bathroom will be shared but also of a high standard . Good WIFI and Sky and a calm place to live. The garden is also very nice and Great for chilling and a BBQ , good sunshine and backs onto a park . The house is a 6 min walk to Chelsfield station and good fast trains into London , the fast is 20 mins to London bridge . As for me ,,,I'm a tidy , respectful guy ,I keep a clean house , and enjoy chilling in the garden , long country walks and cooking . The house is a very calm place that you can feel at home and also enjoy the peaceful surrounding's . Feel free to ask anything .
