Quasi little flat for female

A quasi cosy little flat. Please note, I only accept females. There are no other flatmates. No homeworkers or irregular shift workers please.
Double bedroom with lounge/garden room, kitchenette, incl small hob, combi microwave, fridge/freezer (your own fridge with ice compartment plus 2 separate freezer drawers), washing machine & dryer, shower/toilet, veranda and garden. A cleaning service is included once a fortnight but during that time, I expect the shared area to be kept in the condition and as clean and tidy as you found it when you moved in. Council tax and Virgin broadband are also included.
There are no other flatmates. I am the only person living upstairs and I don’t use the downstairs constantly so it’s like a little flat.
Fantastic transport links to London Charing Cross and a regular bus service into Orpington every 20 min - stop just 2 min. away. The train station is just a stone’s throw but it is remarkably quiet.
It will certainly suit someone working in London.
The room contains a double bed with linen, towels, bedside table, 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a tall boy, a smart TV with broadband connection, a large desk and chair, a large bookshelf and a full length mirror. Rent payable 1 month in advance. Checkout on last day by midday.
I deduct £50 from the deposit as new locks are fitted after change of tenancy for insurance security purposes.
Please note that parking could be somewhat problematic.
