Double room in a shared house

FROM 1ST APRIL Double Room Renting - Double room to rent in a share house together with a great bunch of people :) .
The room is facing the garden with a great view of the sun's dawn from there. The house is in a very quiet area and the house is also quiet and relaxing. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, a large kitchen/dining area (22 m2), a terrace, and a very large garden.
There are close shops (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Greggs, fish and Chips, chicken land, royal mail, butchery, Chessington train station is 15 minutes walk or a few minutes by bus, Surbiton station is 15 minutes by bus (every 5-10 minutes). Lidl is a walking distance as well. 15 min
The room is for a single person only.

I don't accept people who enjoy a "bit more " of drinking or use recreational drugs.
It is a smoke-free house but you can smoke outdoors if you are a smoker. We have a fully enclosed patio just outside the kitchen doors so rain and wind will not be an issue. there are also couches and a coffee table there too.
Free WIFI, bills included.
