I am looking for a respectful, clean, and tidy professional (in full-time employment) or a student to share my home. The room is available from March 3rd and viewings are ready from now.

• Fridge Space: Plenty of room! You will have half of a large American-style fridge-freezer.

• High-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
About the House:
I run a small cleaning business from home, so the house is kept to a good standard of cleanliness. There is some business stock stored neatly in communal areas, so I’m looking for someone who is relaxed and happy with a lived-in, productive home.
The bathroom has just been refurbished in February 2026.
The Ideal Tenant:
Someone who is decent, respectful of privacy, and looking for a quiet, professional environment. Single occupancy only (no overnight guests).
