We are looking for professional working couples. Reference and DBS check requied.


Nearest underground station is Goodmayes for Elizabeth line
we are looking to rent out the spare double room, in our two bed room house, which is situated 10 min bus ride from Goodmayes overground station.

The shops are all around big tesco behind the goodmayes station. Asda and morrison are also near by 5/10 min bus ride.

The room is bright and airy with window. it's currently fully furnisded with double bed and mattress from ikea.

The house has a large living room unfrotunatley no access to the living room becase my working office is in downstairs I m working from home. But you have access to our lovely garden in the back and dinning room .

you can share the washing machine with us also you have kitchen cupboard space. you can cook your food but make sure you close the doors in the kitchen. also you will have space in fridge freezer. shared separate Toilet and Bathroom. Toilet and Bathroom newly renovated with walk in shower.

Me and my wife and my daughter she is 13years old, living in the house.

You will have access to garden. FREE parking.
We are looking for clean / non smoking /quiet professional person or couples to share with us.

The price of the room includes all bills and fiber optic broadband internet.
