Double room to rent to a single working female preferrably. The monthly rent is £650 with a refundable deposit of £250.00 including bills. The room is fully furnished. The nearest station is Chadwell Heath, which is a 15 minute bus ride, and a 4 minutes drive. There is parking on the side roads. There are a number of buses that can take you into Romford, Ilford, Dagenham Heathway and Stratford.
I also have a single furnished room that is suitable for a young lady who is studying, this will be for 3 months, if needed longer we can come to an arrangement.
The room is for a short term only but can be increased depending on the individual. This property is with a a friendly live in landlady. There is a washing machine that is available and a cooker.
The room is not suitable for a female that has got children, and I dont accept Universal Credit.
