Double Room Available In A Clean & Friendly House

Hi there,

One of our housemates is moving to another city, so we have a bright double room available in our friendly, well-kept home.

The house is on a quiet residential road, just a 10–12 minute pleasant walk to Becontree Station, right next to parks. You’ll find local shops, Lidl, pubs, restaurants, and a post office all within a 5-minute walk along Longbridge Road.

We’re also very close to bus stops (4 minutes’ walk) with great connections to Central London and Romford, including routes 5, 145, EL2, N15, and 62.

We are two professional, easy-going, and tidy housemates and are looking for another working professional to join us. The house is clean, fresh, and well maintained (see photos).

The room comes fully furnished with a double orthopaedic bed, storage bed base, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and carpet. We’re happy to help with any small extras you may need to settle in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker etc.
