Spacious Double Room

I am looking for a third housemate to share with the current two housemates; I have a double room available in a modern redecorated flat (2nd floor) in Edgware.
I am looking for someone to treat the flat as their home and enjoy living in their own space. An ideal housemate would preferably be someone who is friendly, tidy, clean, a working professional and considerate of others.

The double room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk.

Flat also includes a shared kitchen with an oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet.

Bills include council tax, water, electricity and high-speed broadband.

There is a strict ‘no overnight guest’ policy.

There are great transport links near the flat with a bus stop (79, 186, 340) approx. 3 mins away. The flat is approximately a 5 minute walk from Canons Park Station (Jubilee Line) and approx. a 12 minute walk to Edgware Station (Northern Line) and Edgware Bus Station. This is ideally situated for professionals working in London.

Edgware shopping area is approximately a 10 minute walk from the flat featuring the Broadwalk Shopping centre, all the major banks, LA Fitness Gym, various supermarkets and a number of other shops on the high street. There is also another Gym located at The Hive Stadium and Tesco Express, which is less than a 10 min walk.
