Lovely Double Room (female preferred)

We have a nice and clean double room available for single occupancy. The room is available for moving into from April 8th.

The room has a walk-in closet, two chest of drawers, a desk and a comfortable double bed with four large drawers underneath for additional storage.

The house is always kept nice and clean, the road is extremely quiet, and we have a pleasant garden that opens into a peaceful park.
Street parking, but will have to register and pay as resident.

Laundry area, 2 large brand new Fridge Freezers in kitchen, comfortable dining area, and clean kitchen with a dishwasher and all amenities (cooking pots, crockery and cutlery; you can use everything in the kitchen, you don’t have to bring a thing).
We also have 1.5 bathrooms, so no waiting around for a toilet. ☺️

Must be animal lover, as we have two friendly outdoor cats.

We are 5 minutes walk from Mill Hill Broadway high street, which has loads of shops and cafes, and Mill Hill Broadway Station, with easy Rail & Tube Links to Central London and all over North London.
