Double room for single occupation (Elm Park)

Double room for single occupation. It is only myself and my partner living in the property so in total there will be 3 people with the person renting. There is a shared kitchen, dinning area, bathroom with toilet and garden. There is also free street parking. The whole house has only recently been renovated. No smoking or pets are allowed. We are looking for someone who is tidy and organised and respects others privacy and space. The rent is £155 per week and a 2 weeks deposit (£310) is expected to be paid on the day of moving. The deposit will be repayable subject to giving a 2 weeks notice and could either be lived until moving out or returned. Rent will be collected every two weeks.
