We are a young couple with a child (4 year old) and have a spare room to rent in our well presented new build House.
The room is a spacious double room with a Juliette Balcony. Large kitchen and dining room, as well as a garden.
The property is a 10 minute walk from both Ponders end and Southbury Stations and only a 5 minute walk from a 24 hour Tesco. 2 minutes walk from Ponders end high street.
No deposit required however we will expect first months rent and 2 weeks rent in advance All Bills and internet are included.
