I have a wonderful room available located on the second floor of a converted Edwardian property.

I am a live in landlord, working professional, seeking another working professional and treat it like a home opposed to just a room in rented accommodation.

The flat is a two minutes walk to Enfield Town Train National Rail Station with services into Seven Sisters Underground (Victoria line) and London Liverpool Street.

There is broadband, gas ,electric, water and council tax all included.

If the room is of interest please provide us with some info as to your current circumstances, why your moving and what attracted you to the room opposed to "is the room available when can I view?"!
