Double room for rent in en3

Hello,

Down to earth girl renting out spare room in my house.

This is my family home & my mother’s property, so please be respectful.

The room comes with bills included, free parking, WiFi & a ten minute walk to the closest stations, there is also a local gym & shops and bathroom on the same floor.

PLEASE NOTE, I am a VERY clean person and expect anyone living with me to have the same standard, if this is something you think you will fail at, please do not reach out.

My preference is females, however I will let men view the room too.

Please ensure ID can be provided, right to stay & 3 months payslip.
