I have a furnished double room to let close to the Cinema. Looking for female students only. If in health or childcare related course that helps. Overseas students welcome. We have a (fat, fluffy) ginger cat and don’t mind your pet but they would need to be compatible.
We have a toddler so CRB checks will be needed ( we will pay).
If it helps can reduce or zero the rent in exchange for after school pick up and childcare, from 3-8 Monday to Friday.
