Cosy double bedroom

A private double bedroom located near the famous Forty Hall in Enfield, we do have two friendly cats so please be aware of this if you have any allergies. This is a three floor house, the private room in the attic is occupied by a very friendly student currently. We would prefer a female professional or a student. My mother is the other person who lives here, she works as a carer full time so the house is pretty empty on most days during the day. The kitchen is shared by everyone, only the bathroom will be shared by the new tenant and my mother other than that the house has three toilets.
