We are looking for either two females or two males to rent a room in our house. My wife and I occupy one room, and the other room is available. The house is neat and clean, as shown in the pictures, and we prefer to keep it that way. Couples with no kids are allowed.
Rent:
• Single person: £700 rent + £700 deposit
• Two people: £400 per person + £400 deposit each
Please note: the main entrance to the house is through the restaurant downstairs. After the restaurant closes, we use the back door—keys will be provided.
