The room benefits from a shared living room, balcony, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The room is only suitable for a non-smoker who is very clean, tidy and willing to share cleaning of the apartment with the other one tenant. Strictly no pets or smokers. Rent is inclusive of water bill and council tax; electricity and gas will be shared equally between the 2 tenants. One month deposit and 1 month rent will be required in advance. The room is available from 1st March 2025 to move in.
