Hi!
We are two working young professionals, looking to rent out the second bedroom in our flat in a new build (2019).
The room is a double room, with it's own bathroom (on the other side of the corridor, for exclusive use). The building is less than a 60 second walk from the Feltham train station (with 30-minute trains to Waterloo). It has been furnished at the end of 2025, with plenty of storage space (wardrobe + chest of drawers).
All bills are included (service charge, heating, electricity, water, broadband, council tax).
We're looking for someone who is tidy, as well as someone who can create a friendly atmosphere in the flat! We like board games, watching movies, cooking & doing sports.
The bathroom's bath is pending conversion to a bath-shower end of January.
