Our loft room is ideal for one person, preferably female but open to all enquiries.

In lovely residential area , near supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, independent shops).
On the Central Line, 8-10 mins walk from GANTS HILL underground station, direct line to the centre of London. Walking distance from Ilford Train Station for the Elizabeth Line and buses to King George Hospital / Queen’s.

Desk available if needed, en suite bathroom (shower & toilet)
Shared kitchen to cook light meals; small fridge for your own use. Kettle provided for your room. Wi-Fi available.

We can provide you with towels and bed sheets / duvet if needed. Use of washing machine once a week. Central heating.

We are a busy professional couple, sometimes working from home and with very flexible schedules.
We are happy to help at the start of your stay in London: travel, directions, etc. and welcome international students too. Always happy to exchange ideas and chat if you feel like it too :)
