Double room in welcoming home (One person only)

I am a live-in landlady. A female lodger is preferred. This is a 5 bedroom house but 2 rooms are kept empty as they are my children’s rooms. They are grown up and have homes of their own.
One other room apart from mine is occupied. You will share a kitchen and bathroom with the other lodger only. You will also have access to a shared living room separate from my main living room.
The room is a double room, two double wardrobes, a desk and chair and a mirror
I have the friendliest lovely dog - a cockapoo called Ruby.
I’d prefer to have a graduate professional living in the house. I am a maths adviser and tutor. I like chatting about travel and work. I am friendly and approachable but you’d have as much privacy as you need. We are 10 mins by bus away from Goodmayes (Elizabeth line) and Barking ( District, Hammersmith& City line and Overground)
