Loft room with en-suite

Due to a change of plans, this room is available again from February 10th 2025 until the end of July 2025 - Female tenants only please.

This is a lovely, light loft room at the top of a family house which has its own en-suite bathroom. Tenants are welcome to use the kitchen, in which they have their own small fridge and cupboard, & the garden of the house. 

We are situated in a quiet area of Hampton Village, very near the river & Bushy Park, and within 5 minutes walking distance of the main line station (Hampton mainline) as well as bus stops for regular buses to Kingston & Heathrow Airport. Buses to Teddington are a 5 minute walk away. Free parking is available on the road and there is space for bike storage.

Our current tenant is a postgraduate student but has completed her studies and so is moving away. The other occupant of the house, other than myself, is my 17 year old son. I have another son who is away at university.

Rent is £700 per month inclusive of all bills.

Would prefer quiet, self sufficient tenant. Non-smokers & females only please.

NB. As the room is built into the loft it has sloping ceilings, and may not suit someone who is super tall! Video walk through of room available on request.
