🏡 Beautiful home on the river Thames. The retired lady is 90 and is looking for a lady lodger for an affordable £240 per month to share her lovely home. The lodger would provide 10-15 hours a week of their spare time in exchange of affordable accommodation.

🗺️ LOCATION:
The home is a 10minute walk to Hampton Court rail station, with 2 trains per hour going to Waterloo. There are frequent buses going to Teddington, Kingston and Fulwell. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location.

• 3 bedroom house on the river Thames. The house has 2 livingrooms.
• The room available – large double room with a new double bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table desk, chest of drawers.
• Sole use bathroom with a shower room

• parking and bicycle storage
• Garden
• Fortnightly cleaner for communal rooms.
• A friendly cat is more than welcome to move in with the lodger. The older lady loves cats.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired lady is looking for a lady lodger over the age of 30 who can provide 10-15 hours of weekly support – help with cooking 3 times a week, taking the lady grocery shopping to a shop nearby and some friendly company. The landlady is very independent and has many hobbies – she attends a book club, yoga, theatre and sings in a choir. This homeshare will suit someone working from an office or part-time from home / hybrid worker. This is unlikely to be suitable for someone working from home full time.
