I have a fully furnished single room available for a professional single woman to rent in Romford from Jan/Feb 25. The house has just been refurbished and the room will include a single bed with drawer, desk and chair and build in wardrobe.

The house has a shared living room, kitchen, ground floor W/C and first floor bathroom, large garden and double drive way.

There is a regular bus service (174, 499) from outside the house – 15-20 mins to Gidea Park and Romford Station. From Romford Station, you are able to travel into London via the Elizabeth Line and Greater Anglia train ( 10-20 mins to Stratford, 15-30 mins to Liverpool St, 1hr 10 mins to Heathrow)

There are a number of shops within 10 mins walk, this includes Sainsbury Local, Co-op, Iceland, Post Office and green grocers. There is a large Tesco, Lidl and Asda within 20mins (by bus) near the house.

I am looking for someone is clean and tidy and respects the house rules as I am currently work from home. Viewings will be available from 9th Dec.
