I am a landlord who lives in a brand new two-bedroom flat and I am trying to rent out one of my large double bedrooms. The room come with its own large bathroom and a shared open kitchen located in the living room. The rent is £850 which includes all bills.

The flat is at Harrow View (near Harrow and Wealdstone and the Harrow On The Hill underground station). H14, H223, H9, and H10 bus stops are all within a 2-minute walk, and there are many shops and great public transport connection to central London, including underground and overground lines. 10 minutes walk to Harrow and Wealdstone underground and overground station and 5 minutes on bus to Harrow on the Hill Underground station.

The room is for full-time working professionals, preferably ladies, and it is for one person only, so no couples, visitors, pets, or smokers. 1 month rent and 1 month deposit required before moving in..
