The room is very quiet and peaceful.

I am trying to make the flat as environmentally friendly as possible. Not always easy.

There are two nearby stations Harrow on the Hill ( 10 min walk) 16mins into Marlybone (main line train) metropolitan line and Harrow and Wealdstone ( 8 min walk) 13mins into Euston, Bakerloo & Overground

I am a Yoga teacher and have a studio in the flat, I only teach private clients so no classes and my work is normally done by 12pm.

Close to parks, gyms, cinema and shops.

Would prefer a vegetarian - I make no judgements as to what you eat _ just don’t want meat cooked in the house.

Smoking by negotiation

Cleaning of communal areas by arrangement.

I’m looking for someone who has an active life and wants their home space to be clean, tranquil and stress free.

We may need to discuss a heating supplement if you're working from home during the winter months.
