My wife and I are heading overseas for a vacation and are looking for a clean, respectful professional (or couple) to take over our entire 1-bedroom flat while we are away. It is a 500 sq ft, brand-new build. You will have the entire place to yourself.
Living Area: Bright, open-plan living room with large glass doors, modern sofa, and a dining space.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with an integrated oven, hob, and all utensils, pots, and pans you need to cook.
Bedroom: Double bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, Large wardrobe for clothes and Office Desk and Chair to WFH.
Requirements:
A £600 deposit is required. This will be placed in a secure, government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (DPS) and will be refunded on move-out, provided the flat is left as you found it.
A standard short-let agreement will be signed for mutual peace of mind.
