Looking for a likeminded professional to share my lovely home with. The house is located in a conservation area and in a great neighbourhood with a real community spirit. Neighbours are friendly and kind and we look out for one another.

- Double ottoman bed with a very comfy mattress

About the house:
- has 3 bedrooms in total (including yours)
- 2 current housemates including me
-2 bathrooms
-2 living rooms - you would be sharing a living room with only one other housemate
- Everything you could possibly need is already in the house (washer dryer, dishwasher, utensils, air fryer, coffee machine etc.) and I’m happy for you to use everything as if it were your own.
- has a beautiful garden which overlooks the cricket field. The front overlooks Barra Hall Park and there is a selection of other parks nearby too - plenty of green!
- free road parking outside the house, no permit required

There are many nice shops/restaurants/pubs within walking distance and more are being built by the station.

The property is well served and easily accessible by a variety of transport options:

Bus routes: h98, 195, 278 - 4 minute walk
90, u4, SL8, 427 - 7 minute walk
X140 and 140 - 12 minute walk

Hayes and Harlington Station is about 20min walk - and on the new Crossrail route :)
