Double room with kitchenette and en-suite

I currently have a small studio in the Southall &Soul apartments and I need someone to takeover my current contract. My contract is until the 31st of October 2026 which you can renew afterwards.

The move in date is flexible, I’m happy to work with your availability as long as you’re the right fit

All bills are included, you just have to pay to use the washing machine and for parking.

There is a gym available on site and a pure gym directly opposite. There’s a sauna, a secure postal room for your parcesl, free breakfast, the cleaners will clean your room every 2 weeks and a bunch of other amenities I’m happy to share. There is also a farmfoods directly opposite also which is great for affordable food shopping

It’s about a 10-15 minute bus ride to Southall station where you can get the Elizabeth line into the city, a 25 minute bus ride to hayes and harlington station. There’s Lombardy shopping park which has Sainsbury’s, Currys, Next, JD Sports, Sports Direct, Superdrug, TK Maxx, H&M, Subway, Card Factory, Chaiiwala, Costa Coffee, McDonald’s and Pizza Hut just 9 minutes away by bus.
