- We’re looking to create a proper home — somewhere we’re friends and have the odd dinner or watch the odd film together. We don’t just want to co-exist and never speak to each other, although we both also value time to ourselves

- We need a joint income of £85,000 so around £28,000 each (or if not, a UK-based guarantor)
