The apartment is up for sale at the moment but of course will take time to complete once an offer is put in so transparency in communication will be a huge priority from me to you.
We can start with a 3 month contract moving to rolling.

Your flatmate is a young professional that tends to work from home, looking for a nice balance of being able to socialise as well as understanding alone time who also has a small well behaved dog that will be at the property once a month due to joint ownership.

No smoking is allowed at the property, no parties either as it’s a residential development with a lot of families, I’d like to keep it peaceful and respectful.
