I absolutely love this flat, just have to move out for work abroad and am now looking for a lovely professional flatmate for my cousin, whom I have lived with in this flat for the past 1 1/2 years. We are looking for someone to move in 1st April until 11th September 2026, with possibility of extending the contract.

There’s a clean and modern bathroom with a shower over bath and good storage space. Additionally, there is a 2 in 1 washer-dryer.

Another highlight is the landlord management team, they are so lovely and always helpful. There’s a handyman specifically for this site and whenever there’s a tiny inconvenience they are right there to help, usually on the same day. They also have an office onsite and are always approachable.
The Location:
Great transport connections, as it’s a 5 min walk to Hayes and Harlington station (Lizzy Line, 30 mins to central) and local amenities nearby - Co-op are our neighbours, Tesco by the station, close by cafés, hair salons and a gym in the same building!
The rent is £1002.5, which includes all bills apart from electricity and council tax monthly, and every few months a water bill. In total it’ll be around £1100-£1150 per month.
