The house is peaceful and friendly. We have parking for 4 cars.
A lovely garden with a pond. There is a large clean kitchen with all mod cons, 2 fridges, washing machine, freezer.
2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
Fast wifi. all bills included
We have a cleaner for communal areas which is £10 a month each tenant.

The room is at the front of the house. Is light and neutral decoration , has a wardrobe, side table, tvstand, and a good bed.

Located in Hayes, Middlesex. The bus stop in 2 min walk.
It is a great location for Heathrow and Stockley park if you drive. Brunel university is 20 mins. Hayes and harling train station is a 10 min drive or 20 min bus ride. Uxbridge is 5 miles.

The deposit required is 1 months Rent
Minimum 6 month stay then
1 months notice required to end tenancy.
