Cleaner every 2 weeks. Sky TV. Sainsbury's, Waitrose and 24hr gyms nearby.
High Barnet Northern line -27 minutes to Euston ("TFL" website).
New Barnet train station -28 minutes to Moorgate ("Train" website).
New build house - things rarely break down. If any problems occur (boiler, bedbugs, washing machine, internet, etc) these are fixed promptly by people with the best ratings and experience at no extra cost to you.
