We have two rooms available in a warm and friendly family home in High Barnet. Our household includes a family with two children aged 10 and 13, so we are looking for a respectful and quiet person who values a peaceful living environment.

This accommodation would be ideal for someone who is busy with work or study and mainly uses the room for resting or sleeping. Light use of the kitchen is welcome, but the space would suit someone who does not cook frequently.

Room options:
• Single room – £500 per month (all bills included)
• Double room – £650 per month (all bills included)

Location:
• 12 minutes walk to High Barnet Underground Station (Northern Line)
• 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop
• Supermarkets and local shops within a 5 minute walk

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with excellent transport links.
