Single Box Room near Brunel University

We have a Single room available in a 5 bedroom semi-detached shared house. Will suit professionals working in and around the Uxbridge area or students/graduates of Brunel University.*

Room is available from 2nd May.

Shared kitchen, living room**, bathroom & garden.

The house is conveniently located near the town centre with easy access to local transport.
Uxbridge tube Station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) is about 10/15 minute walk or 5mins by bus. Heathrow is 20mins away by bus (A10) or 8mins by car. The A40 and the M25 are within minutes of the house. And bus stops are almost at the doorstep.
If you are a medical professional (or student) then Hillingdon Hospital is located 8mins walk from the house (1 min by bus).

If you have a car, you can get a permit for street parking. There is plenty of street parking.

The house gets cleaned every fortnight where all the communal areas are done.

Current residents are a young(ish) professional couple working from home and another couple one of whom is a student and another professional. The fifth person is also a student.

Single Room (single occupant only) = £350 PCM

The rent includes all bills, council tax, wireless Internet & cleaner.

We prefer a minimum of 6 months stay. However, Short term lets of 3 months will be considered, but rent will be higher. Please contact for more details.
