All-Inclusive Rent:
All bills are included: Council Tax, water, gas, electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Netflix. Free on-road parking is also available.

House Rules & Cleanliness:
Cleanliness is our top priority. Residents are expected to clean shared areas immediately after use. The bedroom must be kept clean and well-ventilated to prevent moisture and mould.

Terms & Conditions:

- A formal room contract will be signed before moving in.
- ID and proof of immigration status are required.
- The deposit/advance is payable via bank transfer; return conditions will be clearly stated in the contract.
