There are also two bathrooms in the property plus a further downstairs WC. There is some off street parking available and plenty of free on-street parking. As Landlords we regularly come to maintain the gardens.

One of the best things about living in Long Lane and in Hillingdon general, is that it is quite well served for transport. The house is close to many bus routes and about a 25 min walk (or 7 min bus ride) from Hillingdon Tube. Many local shops, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance.

The ideal tenant would be aged between 21 - 40ish, professional (students considered), non-smoking and very importantly be capable of getting along with the other tenants in the house.
