All bills included, monthly upper limit of £150 pcm for gas/electricity.
House has been refurbished. There is one full bathroom upstairs and WC downstairs. Bedrooms are light and airy and have ample storage.
The kitchen is well equipped with
washing machine, microwave, tableware, and pots pans etc.
The back garden has been landscaped and is ideal for entertaining.
There is a separate dining room that leads into the lounge, which is furnished with a leather suite and wall mounted TV.

Current housemates are quite, cheerful and work in a professional capacity
Housemates have a rota for cleaning/chores, which MUST be adhered to. Please note that if you are not a clean person, then this isn't the home for you.
Housemates must not smoke in the house. Work in a professional capacity. They must be respectful and mindful of other housemates' space and privacy and be sociable. This is not a party house! References may be sought.
Transport - some bus routes -:110, 111, 116, 117, H28. Hounslow East underground is 10 minutes away via 110, 111, and H28 bus. British Overground is approx 15 walk.
