I'm looking to share my house with a friendly, considerate, polite and TIDY lodger [all the traits that my friends would say that I have].
The room to rent is a cosy double bedroom, with a view to a beautiful garden. It has a small desk and comfortable bed. The room is lovely and warm during the colder months.
The house is in a conservation area and is pretty quiet. It's a large property, with many period features, but has been modernised in keeping with the building.
All bills are included and there would be shared use of the house. I'm not looking for someone to sit in their room the whole time; I'm friendly and it would be nice to chat sometimes. I also understand that people need their privacy, as I equally I have my own life.
