The rent is £195 per week or £845 per calendar month, for one Person only (no couples or two sharers).
Council tax, gas, electricity, and water bills are included in the rent. Superfast Fibre Optic Wi-Fi Broadband is also available.
The deposit (£850) will be protected under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

The ground floor has an entrance porch, a hall, two double rooms, each with an en-suite, and built-in wardrobes.

The first floor has two large bedrooms, one single room, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is another shared WC on the ground floor.

Each room has its own fridge and shared freezers

The available double room is on the first floor, front room. The property is actually available for viewing now and for move-in from 3rd January, 2026, if you have satisfactory references.

Only a Single person will be considered.
Non-smokers are preferred as smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the front and rear garden areas ( only in a designated area at the back of the house)

No children and no pets are allowed in this shared house. Females are preferred.

There is also a secure, gated rear access, a car parking space, and a coin-operated tumble dryer in the garage.

The house is close to local shops, the high street, and transport links.

It is the responsibility of all house members to keep the common areas clean and tidy after use, and a cleaning rota is provided to each house member every 5th week. House members must adhere to the House rules.
