1st Floor Bathroom

One king size bedroom available with an extra single bed (can be removed if requested). This is on the 1st floor with a common living room and 2 bathrooms (shower only). One of these bathrooms can be made exclusive to the tenant if desired.

One double bedroom (with built-in desk) on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom on this floor, shared with one other person.

Both rooms have built-in wardrobes with additional underbed storage.

There is a large shared kitchen on the ground floor, a second living room and a shared garden with patio furniture.

There is on street parking with restrictions from 10am-noon Mon-Fri, a residents permit can be applied for once you have moved in if required.

Ideally the rooms will be single occupancy only, however couples/families would be considered with an additional fee of £200pcm per extra person.

Short term lets considered, there will be an additional fee of £10 per day for short term lets.

The household is currently 2 females aged 35 and 75, we are a social but generally quiet household. There are two indoor cats who live here and would have full run of the house but room doors can be kept closed if you do not want the cats in your rooms. No additional pets considered due to the cats.

Price includes bills: gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and TV licence for common areas.
