Hi, my friend and I have rented a three bedroom flat and are looking for a FEMALE to occupy one of the rooms.

Room 1
-Rent is approx £750 pounds including bills per month
- Approximately £175 per week
-The room is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe

Room 2
-Rent is approx £900 per month including bills
-£210 per week
-The room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe

-It is located in Kingston, near the Kingston hospital and is close to Norbiton train station and all the bus stops around are within walking distance, less than 10 minutes walk, with easy access to multiple grocery stores, such as Asda, Lidl and Sainsbury

-It is a 30 min walk to kingston hill campus and penhryn road campus and a 25 min walk to knights park campus

-We have WiFi and laundry facilities as well
-Bathroom will be shared with only one of us.
-The kitchen and living will be shared among us three.

The place is available for an immediate move in.

My flatmate and I are kingston university student currently in second of architecture
We are international students from the middle east, our background is Indian.
We moved to UK last year for uni.
