Bright and Sunny Ensuite Room

I have a small double en-suite room available in north Kingston. It overlooks a large well maintained south facing garden which you would be welcome to enjoy.

The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over and gives access to the bedroom.

The bedroom has a 3 door wardrobe, the middle one having a mirror on it and there are shelves in one side. There is a 4 drawer chest of drawers and a matching desk / dressing table with chair. There is also an easy chair.

The lounge / kitchen / dining area would be shared. The washing machine and freezer are in an adjacent room and would also be shared.

I will be the only other person living at the property and I am looking for someone who is generally tidy and respectful of each others space but is equally happy to spend some time together catching up on the day.

Kingston town centre, Richmond Park and the River Thames are all within walking distance.
