Three people (1 male, 2 females all aged 31-32) looking for someone to join our house share.

The place is a high spec new build property with a bright communal area and spacious garden, perfect for summer BBQs.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with top of the range appliances, inlcuding a dishwasher and also comes complete with a smart TV and high speed broadband (500mbps).

The house is located at the end of a quiet street and is a 10 minute walk from Norbiton train station with easy connection to Wimbledon and Clapham junction in 10/20 minutes respectively. The house is also only a short walk from Kingston town centre and Kingston riverside.

The house is kept to a very high standard, clean and tidy and we are looking for someone similar to join us.

Please note that the room itself is unfurnished. The current tenant is relatively flexible on his leaving date so even though the ad says available from the 28th we can figure this out if you wish to move in slightly earlier or later.
