Hi, I'm Harper and I'm a creative writing student at Kingston University. Next year I will be in my final year. My current flatmates will move out June 31st so July is the ideal move date. Respectfully, please don’t contact me if you want to move in before or significantly later than the 1st of July unless you are interested in paying rent for July.

Included is one bathroom, a large kitchen that includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine, cleaning supplies such as a hoover, as well as several drawers and cupboards, and the rooms come with beds and wardrobes. There is also a garden.
The bathroom includes both a shower and a bath.
The room set at a lower price is smaller than the others but there is a big wardrobe outside of the room that will be for that tenants use only.

I don't really have any ground rules, the baseline is that we all clean up after ourselves and are respectful to others, but don't worry, I'm friendly, I promise.

It's a good location. If you're a student at Kingston University it's a short walk from the Knight's Park and Penrhyn Road campuses. It's about a fifteen walk from the town centre, and conveniently there is a co-op, a corner shop, and a pub at the end of our street as well as a park on the other end.

Rent is to be paid to the landlord by the first day of every calendar month. A few times a month there will be bills that I will split evenly between the tenants.

Note - due to not wanting to impose on one tenant in their room, I was unable to get photos of one of the rooms for now but I will update as soon as possible.
