We have a separate annexe in our gated courtyard near our main house. We live in the main house with our grown up son. The annexe is newly painted and available for occupation for someone who needs accommodation during the week. Parking is available on site. The room has a desk/double bed/storage/kitchenette with kettle/toaster/fridge/microwave/kitchen items. There is a full bathroom with bath/shower. Currently no washing machine but this could be installed for the right tenant.
