The kitchen is great - strong oven, big fridge and plenty cupboards. Washer/dryer is good, too. Showers are ace, and there are anti-steam mirrors. Views of trees out the windows. The whole place is nicely finished and very quiet.

Close to Surbiton station (5 mins), the Thames (2 mins) and Kingston (15 mins walk) on leafy, quiet street. Great bus links, too. Shops around the corner and so is the river - amazing in the summer.
