Single room (partially furnished with bed and some storage) in 4 bedroom house with garden in Kingston Upon Thames. The house is 12 minutes walk from the train station and centre of town, close to several parks, and is located in a quiet residential area.

The house is currently occupied by a very tidy trio of friends. We are looking for someone reliable and tidy - male or female, we don't mind.

Important stuff:
-Rent: £458 + bills (per month)
-Usual references required
-Council tax band D

Basic house rules:
-Be tidy
-Be considerate regarding noise due to shift patterns etc.

House facilities:
-Large living room
-Kitchen with freezer, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, and other usual appliances
-Double glazing and central heating
-Large garden (perfect for BBQs!)
-Tidy bathroom
-Street parking adjacent, requiring a permit (around £80 per annum).

Please note that the room will be available from mid May, as the landlord would like time to redecorate once the current tenant has moved out.
